Game 27 Recap: Wright St. 67, Northern Kentucky 64

A late comeback attempt by Northern Kentucky fell short as they dropped a 67-64 decision at Wright St. Saturday night. The Norse trailed by 13 with nine minutes left and worked that deficit down to one with 44 seconds left. Tyler White then cam up with a steal with 17 seconds left but the Raiders’ Joe Thomasson stole the ball back from White, was fouled and hit two free throws. White finished with a game-high 21 points for NKU (9-18, 5-11). Michael Karena scored 17 points to lead Wright State (17-12, 11-5).
