Game 24 Recap: Valparaiso 64, Northern Kentucky 52

Horizon League-leading Valparaiso was in control throughout in a 64-52 win over Northern Kentucky Thursday night at the Athletics Recreation Center. The Crusaders (21-4, 11-1 Horizon) opened up a 38-20 halftime lead and the Norse (9-15, 5-8) wouldn’t get any closer than the final margin the rest of the way. Todd Johnson led NKU in scoring with nine points. Valpo’s Keith Carter had a game-high 16 points.
