Game 14 Recap: Northern Kentucky 86, UIC 51
Northern Kentucky rode a remarkable first half on the way to an 86-51 win over UIC Saturday night at BB&T Arena. NKU (9-5, 2-0 Horizon) help UIC (5-10, 0-2) to just 25.9% shooting in the first half and opened up a commanding 49-16 halftime lead. Drew McDonald recorded a double-double of 19 points and 12 rebounds in just 24 minutes of play. Mason Faulkner added 15 points and Lavone Holland II finished with 12. Marcus Ottey led the Flames with 15 points.
