- Detroit Mercy's defense is one of the worst in the country giving up 115 points/100 possessions an an adjusted basis. They allow 40% shooting from three (338th nationally) and 54.3% on twos (314th).
- Their offense is not as bad as their defense but still not good. They score 101.8 points/100 possessions (212th). They do play quick. Average possession length is 15.5 seconds (24th fastest in the nation). The Norse are at 16.5 seconds (90th).

Took a little while to get going in the first half but NKU takes an easy 72-44 win. Wright St. takes down Oakland. Maybe the Norse tired them out?
